Absolutely. Beauty is only skin deep.
Some people are gorgeous but have "ugly" attitudes, while someone else might not be supermodel gorgeous but have a great personality.
People who tend to go for looks alone tend to be disappointed later when they find out their true personality.

i can and have. Some of the best sex I have EVER had was with an "ugly" guy.
Looks are somewhat important to me, but not in the way one might think. it's important to me that the person has good skin and a good nose. I am flexible with everything else which has resulted in my being attracted to several people that MOST other people I know/knew did NOT find attractive at all.
An excellent example of this is the sexiest ugly guy I know of...Robert Plant.

The only people I ever think are ugly on the outside are the ones who don't practice good personal hygeine and that is an easily remedied problem. Dirty clothes, bad teeth or smell really turn me off but, otherwise I don't care how tall you are, what you weigh or what color your skin is for that matter. All people are beautiful if you know how to look.

My wife is no beauty queen, but she has a beautiful personality. We've known each other for 17 years and been married for close to 14 years. Personality makes all the difference.

Let's separate love and lust. You love someone who's beautiful in the inside. You want to sleep someone for the first sight who is beautiful on the outside.

Its not the looks that matter, Its what is inside that matters if they have a good heart then thats all you need an d that makes them a very good person.

For me, attraction consists of two things.
1. Looks
2. Personality
If they have 1 and not 2, that's one night stand material.
If they have 2 and not 1, that's friend material.
