A natural 40 D is a beautiful thing, but I'd rather indulge in a natural 34 B than an enhanced 40 D. Breasts are lovely, no matter the size but natural is always better. When I see a woman walk I want to see some movement going on beneath her shirt. Even a bit saggy is better than stiff.

Well I am all natural 40DD and I can tell you if you're like, B or less cup size, going up might SEEM appealing for attention or to satisfy a partner's asthetic viewing, but please consider...
I have masofacial neck pain and shoulder/back issues because of the weight, and you have to bra shop like, every three months. And we're talking, for good support, $30 to $40 dollars on average, each bra.
Personally, I've been interested in getting a reduction to a full C, which, for my frame, would do wonders while still filling out a shirt nicely and having my bf enjoy... :)
Talk to a doctor before making your descisions... A good place to start would be your gyn. Dr or a GP about height/weight proportions...ect...
Best of luck...you may need it, or regret your descision... :/

Depends on how big the person is. If she's a 40, that means she has some meat on her. So for that person a D cup isn't that big. For someone who's 40 around usually has an E cup. So D isn't big.

there is no such lotion to increase size and 40 d is perfect to some omen,, myself admittly , anyways all sizes are good,, depends on the partners preference,too small could be flat chested to where the girl has the chest of a scrawny ten yr old boy..too big would be triple E's.. especially if not real

We are all made differently. There isn't one size that is too big or too small, that's like saying the way we are made isn't acceptable unless we look a certain way. You are the way you are, make the most of what you have.

40D are some big boobs. Yes boobs that are 40D and bigger will cause back problems. Beside that, they will end up getting pretty saggy.
My guy tells me anything more than a mouthful is a waste.

There isn't a perfect size, every girl is different. Just a warning: Larger breasts may cause future back problems.
