to get 6 pack you have to have low body fat percentage which you can achieve only by doing cardio and eating healthy.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Healthy Nutrition, Regular Exercise, and Fat Burners.
Keep your diet clean. AVOID; Junk food, processed foods, anything with sugar. EAT MORE; Lean meats, low fat dairy, fruits and veggies
Exercise at least 4 times a week for weight loss. You need to incorperate resistance training to tone and increase fat loss, and especially if you want a nice 6 pack.
TRY; Doing weight resistance exercises 3 days a week and cardio 3 days per week..leaving you with one day off.
Find a natural fat burner. I like Lipofemme. It always gives me a little jump start in the morning, and helped me shed at least 20 pounds. I buy mine at http://www.lipofemme.com. You can find more information on it at http://www.fitreviewsite.com

To loose fat cardio is the best. You can't really choose where the fat is reduced. As for the toning rotate between different muscle groups. Do light weights to work on your arms every other day (t give muscles time to relax and heal). Work on you legs the alternate days. Abs can be done daily.

well i would recommend a diet consisting solely of no food, i would also regiment that with extreme amounts of aerobic exercise. you may have a long term eating disorder but you will surely lose the desired weight and more!
