It also depends on what size you are originally.

About a 36 C or a little larger.Are you sure you want to do this? You are so petite. I am a woman that is 5'2" and 125 pounds. My sister and I have suffered our entire lives with 36DD's and 36DDD's. I know most people would like that problem - but it is not the blessing you might think. In fact - my sister is having a reduction soon. I can't remember the last time I purchased clothing that didn't have to be altered or a bathing suit that fit decently. Forget cute tank tops in the summer. We both have back and shoulder problems also. At your height and weight - it will make you appear "top heavy". If you really feel the need to have this done - I would go slightly smaller. Personally, I don't think large breasts are worth the trouble and expense. But, good luck if you really feel this is something you want to do.

You haven't id'd what kind of implants (boobs, butt, etc.) I don't want to assume they're boobs but how old are you, do you have any friends who have had it done, why do it at all? If your friends don't like you the way you are now, they aren't going to change just because whatever gets bigger. Try milkshakes first. Seriously, put on a little weight. Some extra fat isn't going to hurt you as much as improperly placed implants. Do you also realize they're harder to do when you're small? You don't have a lot of skin to stretch. If you start stretching it too thin, you can never thicken it up again later when you try to have it re-done. Go on-line and look for personal recommendations. Look at the really thin models and how they carry themselves and dress (you can go to Target or Kohls if you need "cheap"). You can "dress-up" for a fraction of the cost of implants. Try that first.

Better be sure that's what you want. 450 cc's is about 15 oz. that is a pretty big increase!! I was 5' 3" and weighed 107 right after I had my daughter. I was miserable when my breast got big!! I swore I would never complain about little boobs EVER again!! I am a 34 C and do not want any bigger than that!!

wow those are to big for you, for one thing y are u getting implants done anyways? I think getting fake boobs is just plain stupid and waste of money. You should be happy what you have and be all natural. You know that you can get very ill if they leak inside of you and also if ur getting them just because you think guys like them, alot of guys now these days dont care for what your boobs look like!

Normally the plastic surgeon would have shown you the implant size prior to the surgery. Did he not show it to you?

Dont be nasty and fake. Plus even if you are getteng implants shouldent you know how big they will be????If you got a good surgeon one that is actually a surgeon he should have showed you.
