I dont drink soda or eat any foods with trans fats. I dont eat anything with High fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. I also don't do too much dairy, I'm a lactose! I eat minimal meat and and I usually have a daily food regimine like this:
Breakfast- Organic Frosted Mini wheats with soymilk
Lunch- Chocolate soymilk, those trixits or whatever they are called (crackers with whole weat), Lunchmeat sandwitch
Snack- Carrots, or a banana, or apples, or sweet peppers, or tomatoes, or a combo.
Dinner- Corn or a quesadilla or spinach. One of those.
And occasionally I will have an Odwalla bar for dessert.
I also drink 6 water bottles throughout the day.
After school I do Windsor Pilates and I have volleyball on fridays and mondays :)
I have Uber flabby thighs and my upper body is in awesome shape! Is it because pilates is a core workout? Should I add dance dance revolution to the mix as cardio? (I have school comitments and that is all I would have time and space for!)
