I would buy a milk bath before soaking in actual milk. If you soak in actual milk, you'll wind up smelling like sour milk. Yuck.

Milk and honey Is apparently suppose to be good. Cleopatra did. But I don't know If Id recommend it. Imagine the smell.

but it dosnt have to be all milk it came be half and half...
its also good for your hair abd your complection..
