Most peanut butter is good for you because its full of protein but read the labels before you buy peanut butter because some peanut butter has trans fat in it. So be careful because trans fat shortens your life.

Yes, a good protein any time of the day. I have always bought the kind at the health food store that the peanuts are in top of the machine, you push a switch and the peanuts come out freshly ground in a container size of your choice. No sugars or anything else added, just the peanuts!

Peanut butter provides protection against cardiovascular disease due to high levels of monounsaturated fats and Resveratrol. An excellent source of protein, and vitamins B3 and E, peanuts also contain magnesium, folate, dietary fiber and arginine.

Peanuts also contain high levels of an antioxidant called p-coumaric acid.

For people with a peanut allergy, peanut butter can cause reactions including anaphylactic shock which has led to its banning in some schools

As long as you're not allergic. Peanut butter wasn't invented kids. It was actually prepared for seniors to get protein .

Being unable to chew food this venue was perfect for oldsters.
Kids like it too. It's good food. It is also healthier than eating a steak. Great protein source.
