Eat at certain times only. ONLY eat breakfast say at 7am, Lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm. and dont snack in between... there isnt much you can do but exercise self control and to watch what it is that you eat. if you feel like you have to continuously eat like that, why not eat fruit instead? or an alternative which doesnt contain much calories etc.

Over-eating is an addiction, depending on the circumstances. If you have emotional trauma in your past, counseling or a support group may be necessary, and there are many available. If you believe yourself to be emotionally healthy, then the solution I would recommend would be to take up a light coffee (which contains roughly the same amount of caffeine as a candy bar) with a packet of Splenda (to satisfy the sweet tooth.) Caffeine is an appetite suppressant, and coffee has minimal calories, plus water-based products tend to fill the stomach much faster than solid foods/candy. Also, this habit could satiate your caffeine fix while at the same time make you feel more full and reducing your appetite. Be advised; I said a LIGHT coffee.

You may not think you are hungry but I would think that you may not know what it feels like not to be hungry. I weighed 335lbs and had gastric bypass surgery and my sister who is a genious told me that I would have the feeling of not being hungry. I usta have friends skinny little friends or people I worked with who said...."I forgot to eat today" that is the feeling of not being hungry for the first time in my life after I had surgery about 3 weeks for the first time in my life I had that feeling of not being hungry. I did not know what it felt like because I never had that experience the previous 30 years of life.

Your stomache has hormones in it that tell your brain give me food or I have had enough food. It is chemical. That is one aspect of eating the other is that food is so accessable and so much of it and it is so cheep. I notice the worse the food is for you the cheeper it usally is.

Please don't hate your chemicals in your body and look around 60% of the united states is obese. 60% of us are not lazy, ugly and stupid it is an illness.

Have compassion for yourself. Love the aspects you can and get as physical as you can and keep the foods that are bad as far away from you as you can. Don't keep chips in the house. Don't stop by the gas station where you can buy them ect....ect... make a conscious effort to do things to appereciate your body. Get a pedicure. Take a bubble bath. The hardest thing is to change what you say about yourself. You can put the exercise in your life. Every building that people work in have stairs. Take the stairs. Spend the time on yourself you will have a flicker of feeling good about yourself.

You have to make the changes in your mind and how you think about yourself because the thinking is the most detramental the action of more eating and more eating will fallow.

(First, are you PMSing or do you do this all the time?)
Second, UGH! I've SO been there. Eating a whole Dominos pizza myself... buying $5 worth of those fundraiser candybars and eating them all in one day. For me, it was stress related eating. You might have to seriously reconsider setting aside time to exercise or do something to relax and unwind. After I started practicing yoga (and found a new job), my stress level dropped and I ate less.
Wish I could be more help!
Good luck!

You might be eating because you're bored. Find something else to occupy your free time. Get a hobby.
I heard that some people eat because of a compulsion to just have stuff in their mouth. Try chewing gum or drinking water.
PS: Don't hate youuuuuuu! or life.

you're making this disorder a bad habit of yours.

1)are you stressed?
2)are you drinking enough water?

stress and dehydration can lead to unwanted cravings for fatty or sweet foods. make sure you drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. water can surely fill you up! if you catch yourself reaching out for junk foods, try drinking a cup of water!

don't hate yourself. all you need to do is replace all of those snacks with fruits and vegetables, also drink plenty of water. is you eat some fruit, then drink some water, that will fill you up for a while so you won't be focused on food all day. ^_^
