so im useing a mini stepper thing((says its supposed to tone legs and butt)) so i will use it probbly 5 times a week ((just got it))so how long till i get toned legs((mainly my thies((spelling))? please help!!

I heard chewing gum can give you cheek, mouth, and gum problems, supposedly including cancer[s], lockjaw, etc. Are there really any problems?!
I chew a lot of gum, and I've looked it up online but everything contradicts itself... help? :)

i use condoms for birth control. my period got delayed for 4 days so my doc gave me Provera(10mg/tablet) to be taken for 5 days. i got my period in the evening of the fifth day of medication. she also gave me ALTHEA birth control pills (2mg Cyproterone Acetate + 0.35mg Ethinylestradiol) since it will offer birth control plus prevent acne. i started taking it starting on my first day of menstruation. after taking it for 10 days, i got shortness of breath, heart palpitations and numbness on my hands so i stopped. i'm now having brownish/light reddish vaginal discharges. it's my 12th day since i got on that pill. i took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative. i did not have sex during the time i took the pills until this time (since my boyfriend went on training for two months and won't be back till June). should i be worried?

how do i kno if i got genital herpes or not? can u get it from giving oral sex to a guy (no intercourse at all)? i have small cyst/lump type thing -- right above my where the crease in my stomach is and my vaginal area starts. it is embedded in the pubes! it's painful to touch but it goes away and comes back from time to time. now today it has like clear substance wet coming out but not alot. could it be pimple??

I am having terrible pain/numbing sensation in my right hand. The pain wakes me up at night and is constant throughout the day. It doesn't occur always or every day. I dislocated my right elbow (tore ligaments and muscle) 2 yrs ago. My orthopedic doctor said i was healed a year later. My elbow is fine. I wonder if it could be nerve damage, if so why would it happen now and not then. the pain (numbing/tingling sensation) started approx. 6- 8 months ago. nothing seems to help. Again it only lasts for about 3 days at a time then just as quickly as it comes it goes. Any advice as far as measures to aleve the pain.

I was recently at walgreens getting a prescription filled. I rarely get sick, and am not familiar with pharmacies.

What do they have to do in the back that makes 'filling' a prescription take an hour? Don't they just have to count some pills and run your insurance information? Are they marking the pills as distributed to a national registry or something?

Pill is:
pink, has imprint of a character that looks like a capitol "P" but the curve of the P doesnt meet up completely with the stem. Then, directly below is the number 75. The pill is round and not very big.

Lately I've had a rapid heart beat that leaves me breathless most the time, feelings of anxiety, a sky high body temperature (you could fry eggs on my forehead!) and excess energy I can't seem to burn off no matter how long I hit the treatmill for. I just played soccer yesterday for the first time in two years. We played for nearly two hours. Afterwards I did yoga for another two hours.
This morning I woke up on the couch with severe soreness.
During soccer I had fallen and hurt my back, but I am sore everywhere. It isn't a serious PAIN but it is very very sore feeling. My legs, my back, my ribs and abs all hurt. My mom seems to think there is something wrong with me. Or is this just the outcome of being severely unfit and then diving into the game?

For everyone who was diagnose of Hpv, how was life after knowing it. i wish to know how you faced it. I am diagnose with Hpv. i have warts that has been taken out of me already. you see my friend's daughter is in junior high and she forged a dotors note that she stole from the doctors office. she and her mother have to go to court now and her mother's doctor terminated her "files" and she gets some medicenes that she really can not live without. now she needs to find a new doctor but i'm afraid she might not be able find a doctor after what has happened. will this be tranfered to any new doctor? do you think she will be able to even get a doctor? what will happen? and what about her daughter? i can't sleep not knowing what can happen and she is in no mood to talk about it so please just let me know...
