Floss first this dislodges all the plaque from between your teeth, the brush as this cleans your teeth and removes the dislodged plaque. Then rinse your mouth with either water or a mouthwash.

I brush first. It doesn't make sense to floss first, seems to me like brushing would just push stuff back into where I flossed. Might just be me though.

Floss first to loosen all the crud, then brush to get rid of it.

If you brush first, then when you floss, you are left with stinky crud in your mouth.
Definitely floss first, then brush, to have the cleanest teeth and nicest breath.

I brush first, cos when you brush it forces the gunk (forgot the word) between the teeth. And then you floss to get rid of it.

I spose you could always brush again.
