I heard chewing gum can give you cheek, mouth, and gum problems, supposedly including cancer[s], lockjaw, etc. Are there really any problems?!
I chew a lot of gum, and I've looked it up online but everything contradicts itself... help? :)

I doubt it can cause any problems, if at all, besides excess saliva production.

None of that is true.
Chewing sugarless gum is actually healthy for the teeth and gums.

I don't think any of those are true. But I have heard that keeping gum in for too long can actually make your breath reek. I've even heard stuff about gum and constipation. lol. idk about that one.
