That is an opinion of those who study Yoga. I do Yoga and I don't agree with the statment about sex.
Just because someone says something doesn't mean it is true.

According to Yoga philosophiy, this is true. As per old documentation, this is true. But as per today's scientific researches, having sex is an integral part of life and should be done at regular intervals. It even helps keep your body fit and mind relaxed.

that's the why yogi practice it because it it the way monks who originate the yoga done it. Probably they're right coz having sex regenerate life. sometimes having sex you creat life (you generate life).hehehe, You know what i mean.

If Yoga is your religion, then that's up to you.
I am Christian, and sex is between a husband and wife and as often as we wish.

YOGA is a route to freedom. Freedom has an extended meaning - freedom from physical (bodily or emotionally) bondage.

see if you take sex as it is you can understand.even amrut is poison when taken excessively.
dont go forlust doit only for need which will give a phisical mental happiness
