Good old orange pekoe tea works wonders... if it is just a small spot on your body, try wetting the tea bag with water as hot as you can stand it and use it as a compress on the eczema. If it seems to be all over your body, three or four tea bags in a hot bath will help... just soak in it for as long as you can. It seems to help pull the pus out if the spots and relieve the itch. I've had eczema off and on for years and this works wonders for me.

There's Evening Primrose Oil tablets in our house and it says there that it's good for eczema.. Right it's eczema, not excema? =D
