you see my friend's daughter is in junior high and she forged a dotors note that she stole from the doctors office. she and her mother have to go to court now and her mother's doctor terminated her "files" and she gets some medicenes that she really can not live without. now she needs to find a new doctor but i'm afraid she might not be able find a doctor after what has happened. will this be tranfered to any new doctor? do you think she will be able to even get a doctor? what will happen? and what about her daughter? i can't sleep not knowing what can happen and she is in no mood to talk about it so please just let me know...

Don' t worry about it. A doctor cannot end his/her care for a patient without giving that patient ample time to find another doctor or names or sources for that person to contact to get another doctor. No matter what she did or her daughter did, if she needs 'life saving' meds, her doctor is obligated to point her in the right direction.

I'm afraid most doctors will see her as a risk, but somebody somewhere will have to give her care. If all else fails, the ER cannot refuse to give medical care (it's against the law). Also, try the local county health dept. They usually have good advice if they can't help you themselves.
Don't worry anymore about it. Her problem will be figured out with time. There is really not much you can do besides pray for her situation.

Do you no longer understand that a lot of gays play rugby and different activities? sounds like what you certainly need to do is cool down, supply up being a drama Queen and permit your self to mature. What ever your sexuality your question skill which you're no longer mature adequate to handle this. Please take time to contemplate the wear and tear you'll be able to do on your loved ones and to your self in case you pass bull headed at this. supply up now!!! Take a smash - think of cool and calm down. performing irrationally now can purely deliver approximately catastrophe!!

I don't think a child forging a note will ban her from seeing being seen by any doctor, remember they have a creed to uphold and it's not in their interest to deny health care to anyone.

I don't think they can deny her medical care legally and she has a right to her records. I dont see how they can do that to her if her daughter did it. It would be different if it were drugs. I think the court will let her know her rights and if they don't I would ask.(even without a lawyer) but if she ever needs one and can not afford one , I would check with Legal Aid.

ohh my. whatever was the forge for!
As long as the lady's mother's condition is medically certified, i dont think its impossible that she gets her medication. Afterall, they cant just deprive her of proper health treatment like that, its pretty ridiculous. Try other private doctors! Or appeal to the current one to allow continuation for the course of medication.
All the best at it!

This question is not ringing true.
I am a nurse and I have never heard of a doctor deleting records. Even more strange is your question is wondering if the person can find another doctor.
To me it sounds like YOU are the person who depends on Drugs .....like a bad habit.

I hope she learned her lesson. Hopefully she'll get a lenient judge who will set her up with a new doctor. And if she really needs the meds, she'lll still get them. Go to sleep now.

Bad problem! She has to go to court.
Maybe Childfrens' service can do something to help. You must realize, if an adult did this, he couldend up in jail.
