As far as question number two:

Yoga is considered (by some) to be a total body work-out. It is used to stretch and work out muscles that would otherwise not be used, or at least not used to any great degree.

As someone who has practiced it for a couple of years, I suggest it not only for the physical benefits (a stronger core, leaner muscles, and yes, tighter legs) but also from the emotional and mental gains as well.

Yoga allows its practioners to practice meditation, though how far you follow this part is entirely up to you. It has been shown to lower stress levels, which in turn can help with blood pressure, sleep problems, etc., etc.

There are also specific yoga poses that allow for relief of different medical and/or physical problems.

For a list of different poses and how to do them, I recommend www.yogajournal.com. Please remember that it is always best to practice under a certified instructor. If money is tight, many community colleges are beginning to offer courses for very little monetary gain, as well as different community centers.

You got a long road ahead, but don't be discouraged. You'll probably see first results after a month or two, but as you continue working out, your body will get used to exercising, and then it'll take much longer to get muscle shaped the way you want it. I've been working out for a year and a half and i still need to tone my legs and butt, so they can be perfect. My legs are much different now comparing to what they looked like before, but still have a little bit of unwanted fat on my thighs.

Good luck!

most workout exercise will take 6-8 weeks before you MAY notice results. This depends on your body type. The main thing is persistence. Even if you don't see results in 6-8 weeks, keep doing it, it just may take longer to see the results you are seeking. daily use is also not necessary immediately as this can cause a strain on your muscles, every other day is acceptable until you can build up a stamina for daily workout. don't overdue it, you can damage muscles which can take weeks to repair themselves, which would only be a setback. for mini-stepper you may not have this problem, but always take caution. don't forget to stretch your leg muscles a bit before starting (warm-up exercises). toe touches will stretch all the muscles in your legs if done properly. they can be done standing (keep legs straight, reach for toe tips) or sitting (keep legs straing, reach for toe tips or beyond)

BTW: stair steppers are nice, but if you have a flight of stairs in your home/apartment you can just go up and down them to get the same results, and minimize the "repetition" of the stepper. additionally for working on your thighs, I would suggest a bike ride every other day. it's also good for your cardio.

Hopefully you have them now.

Getting them into the shape you want may take several weeks.

You may want to check out a gym and a trainer to help you tone up. You will find the calves tend to tone up a little more quickly than the thighs and you may want to include some walking and/or running as part of your exercise routine. Also consider swimming, if you have access to a pool or beach.

So, you don't really know how to spell. So, you are not that educated. So, I believe that your IQ is not great. So, you used the word "so" too many times. So, you really need to have beautiful legs, because that's all you got to survive, I guess. So, just keep on working on being attractive.
