I have been drinking the green tea drinks to try to help with my wieght loss. But I am actually gaining wieght, what is the deal? I have cut back on my portions, started drinking water, exercising, and not eatting after 7 pm. But it's not working. I only do a little bit of yoga, pilates, kick boxing, and ballet. I am not losing any wieght!!!!! Is there anything that I am doing anything wrong? Or do I need to be doing anything else? I only do ten minutes of one a day...the rest of the day I am cleaning. HELP!!!
