What are you eating??
Cut out all fast foods, junk foods, sodas, candies and other sweets. Start eating 4-6 small (healthy) meals each day. Don't forget about fruits and veggies! Never skip meals and don't starve yourself--it won't work! Also, keep away from diet pills/tablets. They can cause a lot of damage to your body.
Drink water every day!! A lot of water! It really does help with the weight loss.
You're already active--good job!☺

Remember that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

Granted that the Body Mass Index number is intended for adults, yours still works out to 23.6, which is still well within the normal weight range.

You are 13. That means you are still growing. You need nutrients, and protein, and calories to accomplish that. Since you are getting exercise, you need to focus on what you are eating. Try to limit food with empty calories. Eat more fresh fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. And make sure that you are getting enough calcium, so that you don't have trouble with bone-density loss when you get older.

im 5' 4'' and 150 lbs perfectly within correct weight range your four inches taller then me so you sound pretty thin actualy. you might want to remember that muscle weighs more then fat so all your exercises may actualy be increasing your weight because of increase in muscle mass. weight isnt realy as important as your diet and exercise. i was going to say to go to your doc with the problem but that would be if your realy overweight which your not, you may have body dismorphic disorder you might want to check and see, but i would say that your a normal 13 yr old girl a little insecure about herself. so be reasured your normal and healthy. so be happies:D

Well, 50% is what you do, and 50% is what you eat. Are you staying away from saturated fat, sugar, and high carbohydrates ? You do need Carbohydrates for energy, but too much will do you no good. Also, if you are building muscles, the muscles weight is heavier than body fat, you may look better with all these diet and working out, but your scale may go higher due to muscle weight. You may want to look into measuring a body fat scale.

well your probably losing fat and gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, you exercise a Lot, even if the scale doesn't change, you'll be losing inches , you probably notice that your clothes are getting bigger, and don't stress 155 is a good weight for your height.
Peace

Maybe you are eating like a cow. Try with medication to control your appetite. Check online pharmacies:
