I dont like oatmeal.,but its so healthy.... I get my oats by adding them to soup.

That is a good idea. I usually put a couple teaspoons of oats in my yogurt. It is really good.

Next time I will try putting some in soup! Thanks for the idea!

that's a great idea to increase the daily fiber intake!

you can also check out the foodnetwork.com and cooking.com they both have some very easy recipes for soups that use lentils, barley, beans, etc. all low GI carbs that are high also high in fiber

I love oatmeal, but I've never tried it in soup, that's something to think about.

Try some flax meal. You will get fiber and Omega-3's.

I don't do it, but it doesn't sound bad. Some people eat it with dry cereal and yogurt.
