Exercise every day and try to stay in a healthy diet. Try not to eat too much food that will make you gain weight. Get involved in some sports or out door activities that you like. Walking and running every day is good exercise too and it will help in a very significant way. i lost 70 pounds in 3mo. it really works

I'm a 15 year old guy. Hard to relate. I must admit, I don't exercise as much as I should. But I lost 13 lbs. in about a week and 1/2 by not drinking regular soda. Drink diet soda. Plus, I stopped eating so much junk food.
