If I ride my bike or walk about 1 -2 miles everyday. With 50 crunches twice a day. Will that help me get a flat stomach? I would prefer to have a flat stomach by the middle of May? Am I being to unrealistic?

It might help a little bit but I would recommend talking with your dr about this as well to see what they think. Also, a healthy diet will also help with some of the weight loss. Your dr can also give you some ideas on this as well.
