even if i don't eat or drink anything for more than an hour before i exercise, i get cramps, so what should i do?

potassium helps w/ cramping so either take it in pills or eat bananas an hour or so before exercising, then after.

You should eat a slice of toast with peanut butter on it before working out so that your body has something to work off of. When you eat the toast, take one Advil and you should be alright.

you need to drink water or something before, during, and after your workout. maybe the cramps are from loss of electrolytes. drink Gatorade or something like it when you exercise.

Try doing muscle stretches before working out.
