K, it's like this every night and I've tried everything. I have taken hot showers, baths, listened to soothing music, exercised, read books and everything. And it's always either too quiet or too loud but I think it might just be not dark enough but I have my room as dark as possible, the only light is the glow from my alarm clock, little clocks on various electronics, under my door, and peeking through my window. But i've tried EVERYTHING. What can I do?
