I'm really thin and am looking to add definition to my legs and midsection... I work out for about 30-40 minutes daily, and was wondering when would be the best time to take Amino Acids (they are in a pill form)...

the best time is before and after training. if you are thin and not lean already the problem is in your diet, I would not expect much from just the addition of amino acids
