well i wish that i could help you out with this one but i really cant cause i have the same problem as you for some reason or another i stay up till about 4 or so but then i sleep all day witch is not good at all im thinking about going to see the doctor about sleeping pills but i also think that alot of it has to do with the way i work but ill let you know what the doc tell me

Take a power nap in the afternoon for a couple hours. When you wake up you will be refreshed. You will then be able to stay up later. as far as when you get up in the morning, try drinking a Mountain Dew AMP energy drink, it really gets me going, especially after a late night.

why do you like stay up late? answer that, then how you spend your day, are you satisfied with every day habits? its important to have free time but we must do our "stuff" in a way that is not harmfull for us. everything is a habit , just change it. do it only when you can sleep next day. of course you can do something in your life that keeps you awake at nights like a singer... but i don't think that this is your problem. do the best for your self and don't count nobody.

I have the same problem. This is the only time I have to myself between two jobs, a seven month old, housework, etc. The only thing you can do is deal with the fatigue during the day, otherwise...you know....you asked us not to say it.

some are more productive at night and i consider myself one.you can switch job if possible but if not try to get to bed early thats the only solution..

If you like staying up late, then stay up late. If you have to get up early, then get up early. Late nights & early mornings will leave you tired. Duh! Here's an idea....go to bed earlier.
What do you want us to do. Give you a magic pill that will allow you to stay up late and get up early without feeling tired? Aint gonna happen.

this's a bad habit.u can play games(not video games) like basketball,netball,tennis,swimming etc till u sweat n tired.drink lots of water n no food 2 hours b4 sleep.
