Okay, this is how I am losing weight and it HONESTLY works.

This is what you need to buy.

Buy yourself about 4 boxes of Special K cereal, skim/soy milk. The Special K Protein waters and cereal bars. Also get the protein bars and follow the directions on the back of the box. You'll lose up to 6 lbs in 2 weeks.

You eat a cup of the cereal for breakfast with a cup of the milk. Drinking water.

2 hours later... eat a lite and fit yogurt OR cereal bar. Keep it under 100 calories.

2 hours later have another bowl of cereal with milk...or protein bar.

2 hours later have a cereal bar...or yogurt.

2 hours later, eat whatever you want for dinner.. but keep it kinda light. you dont wanna over eat... but if you keep this up, you wont really wanna over eat anyway. It helps control hunger cravings.

Exercise first thing in the morning about 1 hour before you eat. I hope I helped you. This helped me and I am confident it will work for you.

Here's what works for Me. Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, Morningstar Farms, and other Low Calorie Frozen Food. Count the Calories on each Package, and, if You want to keep Your Blood Pressure in Check, also look at the Sodium [Salt] Content.Try to keep it down to 500 mg. or less per Package.Use Smart Balance Light Margarine, and, with each Meal, have a Banana , and an Orange. This will fill You right up, and will amount to only a few Calories. You need to Eat at least every 5 Hours. If You Starve Yourself, the Fat will not go away.Your Metabolic Rate has got to Accelerate. Another thing that works for Me is Apple Cider Vinegar. Get a 16 oz. Glass Bottle, and take small Sips from it throughout the Day. At first, it will have an unpleasant Taste, but after awhile, You'll get used to it. This will really Rev up Your Metabolic Rate, and Limit Your Appetite. This has worked very well for Me. Give it a Try ! What have You got to Lose ? Weight !

Diets are a set up for failure... There is no diet that works, as a real diet is a lifestyle change, the key to losing weight is moderation and control, eat what you want when you want but in small amounts, eat 5-6 times daily, 400 calorie meals max, this keeps your metabolism in high gear all day =]

good luck =]

Eat moderately and exercise. The food guide pyramid is a good guide. No foods are bad foods. Grains, fruits and vegetables should be the staff. From there, meats and dairy, then sugars, oils, sweets, etc. sparingly. I don't believe in any diet that is excessive in proteins or carbs or anything. There is no quick fix for being healthy. Healthly living is a lifestyle, not a weekend get away.

The cheapest way to lose weight is to use common sense.

If the food isn't healthy, then don't eat it. When you want something sweet, go for fruit. Exercise accordingly.

The key to a good "diet" is not the diet itself, but rather the common sense and dedication behind the routine.
