Go to : www.calorieking.com . They also print a handy little book that you can take with you. It list different fast food restaurants and the information of the different foods of each. I use it as a tool for my diabetes but it should work for anyone that is carb or calorie counting.

Trying checking the USDA website because I think that they have info about carbs and such on foods too. Their website is: http://www.usda.gov

Also check out the nutrition newsletter from about.com which is: http://www.nutrition.about.com because they may also have some info there.
