You say "Excuse Me" after you sneeze, because you are being polite for sneezing. A sneeze may be loud, and startle someone.

You might not believe it, but its all vestiges of superstition. Hundreds of years ago, people thought when they sneezed that their spirit escaped.
These days, one says "Bless you!" because it is expected, not out of concern for the wellbeing of the sneezer's soul or heart, a need to disassociate oneself from the dying, or envy for another's presumed luck. We do it because we've been taught this is an obligatory response whose omission would seem glaring. We "bless" out of a desire to not be perceived as impolite, a perception that would take root if the sneeze were to be received in silence.

It is said because when u sneeze some germs & other partricles comes out of ur nose & the other person may not like it & to forgive doing that we say excuse me or sorry.

This is just a courtesy when you disturb others by your sneezing. People even use this phrase 'excuse me' when they cough, when they want to proceed through some people who block their way, or when they want to draw the attention of others.

it is the discipline of the persons character.our behaviour will not affect others. It is really a fantastic manners. we can identify the persons knowledge . we must bow to this type of people.
