I'm doing 30 minutes of the elliptical machine 4 days a week. I'm consistantly in the "peak heart rate zone" and it usually says I've burned around 300 calories. In addition to this I do 30 minutes of Pilates twice a week (I know this isn't meant to loose weight, but I heard that if you build muscle, it will help you drop the pounds). I'm not following any particular diet, just gave up fast food, soda, and sweets.
So if I do this consistently will I drop the pounds, or at least the inches? Or do I need to do more cardio or something?
