a sinus rhythym is the expected normal electrical activity of the heart viewed on an ECG monitor. Arrhythmia is the term used when there are slight irregularities in timing between complexes when there is no other abnormality, this naturaly occurs with respiration and the regulation of homeostatsis (the balance of the body's systems). Definately nothing to worry about and not indicative of any illness.

Sinus arrhythmia is defined as a slight variation in cycling of the sinus rhythm, usually one that exceeds 0.12 seconds between the longest and shortest cycles. Sinus arrhythmia is a normal finding in children and young adults and tends to diminish or disappear with age

Sinus arrhythmia is the mild acceleration followed by slowing of the normal rhythm that occurs with breathing. In adults the normal heart rate ranges from 60 beats per minute to 100 beats per minute. The normal heart beat is controlled by a small area in the upper chamber of the heart called the sinoatrial node or sinus node. The sinus node contains specialized cells that have spontaneous electrical activity that starts each normal heart beat.

Sinus arrhythmia: The normal increase in heart rate that occurs during inspiration (when you breathe in). This is a natural response and is more accentuated in children than adults.
The "sinus" refers to the natural pacemaker of the heart which is called the sinoatrial (or sinus) node. It is located in the wall of the right atrium (the right upper chamber of the heart). Normal cardiac impulses start there and are transmitted to the atria and down to the ventricles (the lower chambers of the heart).
Sinus tachycardia refers to a fast heartbeat (tachycardia) because of rapid firing of the sinoatrial (sinus) node. This occurs in response to exercise, exertion, excitement, pain, fever, excessive thyroid hormone, low blood oxygen (hypoxia), stimulant drugs (such as caffeine), etc.
The lack of normal sinus rhythm is an arrhythmia, an abnormal heart rhythm.
Common Misspellings: sinus erythremia, sinus arythmia, sinius arrhythmia, sinius erythremia, sinius arythmia

It is heartbeat within 60 to 100 beats per minute, with occassional irregularity due to many causes: sleep, deep breathing, relaxation.
Hahaha! Shameeekaaa's a faster typist.
