I agree with starwoode, I am sooooo sluggish in the morning and all that other stuff is unhealthy for you.. I take B-Complex Vitamins in the little liquid dropper.....found in the pharmacy section at walmart. This stuff makes you feel good naturally and ready for your day, good for mood as well. It is amazing!!!

I have to assume that you are a get up and go type of person. I would recommend that you wake up a half hour earlier than usual, which means going to bed a little earlier, eating some yogurt and a little fruit with your breakfast, and then trying an energy drink. I don't know what kind of pills you are talking about, but I don't think you need them. Anyways, the yogurt and fruit will help your digestive system to use the energy drink without getting you sick. Good luck!

I drink an energy drink that is in powder form. You can mix it with 8 oz. of water or other beverage of your choice if you are having stomach problems.
This is a HEALTHY energy drink that doesn't have all the sugar and caffeine like all the other "Energy Drinks" do that are really bad for you. It works in 5-10 minutes after you drink it, lasts for several hours, and it only costs $1.00!
I feel better than I have felt in the last 10 years. If you want to really feel good and improve your health, I would suggest you give this a try.
You can find them at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

if you have to drink the drinks, just wait for 1 hour or untill you feel normal( kinda sleepy but not too sleepy....) then you can drink it all you want, i just drink NOS, becuase it has lower caffine levels so i get the energy i need for school, mile run day, and getting home from school on a bike.... without the crash, but it makes my friend hyper becuase he thinks he's a tuner car that had a nos shot.....LOL... and becides, energy drinks are supposed to give you energy not get you hyper then make you really doped out...
