Chiropractors are great. For right now, try laying flat on the floor on your back for about 5 minutes. It usually helps me.

Warm water bag fermentation in the pain regions and taking long rest of ,say, two days, could do some relief. Rest should be by lyng flat on a hard surface. Movements only while taking food and for conveniences. Go to Doctor if you do nt get relief.

Spending two days without your regular job may sound bad,but believeme, it is the best FIRST-AID for spine related pain.
