It is really unhealthy to do that, but if you insist, it is MORE important to EXCERCISE than starve yourself. Do not go less than 800 calories a day and (1200 is better) and excersise EVERY MORNING for 45 minutes and after work for 45 minutes.
-Don't excersise after 8pm. Don't take pills. Don't drink shakes. Do eat breakfast. Just toast and a few nuts or an apple is OK, but eat something early.
-Don't skip meals. If you skip meals, your body will think it's starving and start to STORE FAT. Better to eat small amounts 5 or 6 times a day.

People who loose weight like this NEVER EVER keep it off. But they always think they will. If 165 is a healthy weight for you, after you do this unhealthy thing, and gain it all back in time for summer, get some real help and support. OA works well for a lot of people.

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it. You have to go to my health abc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

Why do you "NEED" to lose all this weight by the end of next month???

First of all, it's unhealthy to lose that much weight in such a short period of time. However, I understand the desire to get rid of weight fast, however, most studies have shown that if you lose a lot of weight fast you don't keep it off, whereas if you lose weight slowly you tend to keep it off.

If you really want to lose weight, fast, I would recommend the Atkins diet. I've used it before and although I am not really sure I would ever want to go back on it, it did help me lose a lot of weight, even though I cheated from time to time on it. I also found that when I stopped doing the diet, I put on a lot of weight really fast. If you want to try it, I suggest reading up on it online, getting the book at the library, or buying it.....

Personally I would suggest talking to your physician about this however if you don't that's one way you can go about doing it. Combine that diet with exercise and remember to drink water (lots and lots of it). One thing I used to do when I was on the diet to help try to speed things up was buy MTV Pilates dvd from Walmart. It was cheap, it's about 30 minutes long, and you see results everywhere even though it works mostly the core muscles (aka: abs). I also used to walk a lot...

I don't know where you're located but where I am in Ontario, Canada, there is a clinic called Dr Burnsteins' (sorry, not sure if that's the right spelling of it or not) and they do rapid weight loss in a medically controlled environment...that may be an option for you as well...

I hope this is of some help. Good luck.

This may not be an impossible task, but I'm hoping you're not setting yourself up with unrealistic expections. The first thing I would suggest for you is to stop looking at yourself in terms of numbers. You are not some machine that has to meet a quota for a boss, are you? Your health should be the issue of your concern, not the number you end up with, and your results will be better when you don't pressure your body to perform like a racehorse. The original motivation for the weight I lost was that I wanted my old size back. I walked on the treadmill in the house. I didn't make up some strict, calorie-counting diet, although I did monitor what I ate (how much, what time I ate, etc.). I don't drink or smoke. I went to sleep at a decent hour (about 11am). After I forgot about what I was doing, my strength built up and started having a good time working out. I ended up with a better body than I had before. My methods were loose and may not have the exact same results for you, but I would suggest that you should make room for your body to adjust/adapt to the changes you're planning and do what you have to do and let your body take care of the rest...
If you don't want to hear this, try P90X by Tony Horton. I heard he's pretty good... :)

It's not healthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week, unless you're over like 30 and you have a lot of water weight. Crash dieting is a major NO. You'll gain it back once you eat regular food. Try Weight Watchers because it helps you totally change the way you eat in general and you can KEEP it off. Jenny craig and such who give you food can work but you'll be eating like normal once you're off it. Exercising helps. but i lost weight with not that much exercise^^ because i just ate differently. Naturally and healthy......with little exercise......over a course of time...you will lose weight and KEEP IT OFF. Dont't rush it though. Adn have a salad AT LEAST once a week with very little dressing. it helps.

This sounds stupid and desperate but thats what i was for bathingsuit season at the time so here. Go to google and type in 'fat loss 4 idiots' then go to its offical website where u can buy whats called the 'idiot proof diet'. Its simply this diet generator online deal where you take a short quiz for some of the foods you like to eat and it spits out an 11 day diet for you and you loose about 10 pounds in 11 days if u follow it. Its really straight forward and the food is really simple just like eggs and meat and stuff u can buy easily. Do this and excercise along with it and in between diets you get a three day break period where u can eat whatever you want before you start up again. Its hard, but it works. If you want me to send you a sample diet so you can see what they're like say so.

im not sure if this will lose your weight in exactly the time frame but try this: eat mostly fish, chicken, fresh vegetables and milk or yogurt and eat a regular 2000 calories diet. then go out and do sprints, high intesity speed weight lifting, or plyometrics every day, NOT static cardio like running long distances or riding bikes.

hi. i think you should check out hoodia. its natural. and check out magnolia bark as well... hoodia suppresses the appetite and magnolia bark helps relieve stress in the belly area thus helping you lose tummy weight. im not sure if you can take those 2 in combination, but u could find that out somewhere. I know with a healthy intake of vegetables, whole grains, fruits, lean meats and wild caught fish, and yogurt, you'll be on ur way to a fitter you. plus exercise is great.

you cant do it, thats insane. but you can get half way there anyway. no junk food at all, no carbs at all till april30, green and yellow veggies, raw or steamed, lowest cal ones are green beans and broccoli and culiflower, summer squashes and carrots are good, peas and corn are quite high in carbs. low fat dairy products in moderation, 2%or skim milk. fat free cheeses, cottage cheese with low fat, and yogurt that is fat free and no sugar added, raw fruits. not many bananas they are in the carb category too, strawberries& artifical sweetener are very good . clear broth soups are ok but not too much as the salt will make you retain water, soups have more salt than most snack foods. raw salads with no fat low carb dressings are good, try eating romaine, spinach, and other lettuces instead of iceberg lettuce. Iceberg has little food value . Use smaller dishes, eat more slowly, eat 5 or 6 small meals, eat your salad an hour or more before your dinner. good low fat protiens, such as egg subsitute, fish, not breaded and baked or broiled, skinnless chicken breast baked or broiled, low fat turkey , ham, and roast beef that comes prepacked is ok if the salt level isnt too high.
now as to carbs, no carbs means, no bread of any kind, no chips of any kind, no rice, no noodles, no pasta, no potatoes, no sugars of any sort at all, diet sodas are ok as is crystal light, iced teas that have no sugars in them, you must learn to read labels. no ice cream, for snacks have raw veggies and low fat ranch dip or something, low fat and no fat are terms you will learn, whole milk has 220 cals in an 8 oz glass, skim is half as much, if thats two thin 2% is still considerably less fat. You do have to control ammounts of what you eat, and you must get exercise of some sort. walk more, use the stairs more, dance in your room and think about how you are going to impress whoever it is you are planning to impress on arpil 30th. but do this for your health as well as your looks. believe me being a diabetic is miserable . I wish you the very best of luck.
