Normal vaginal fluids. Vaginas are mucous membranes thats how we keep moist. So when certain nerves are stimulated some tend to ejaculate those fluids. Its just your basic all around vaginal secretions.
Just like how you dont just ejaculate sperm either. You actually ejaculate 2 things...a seminal fluid and then your sperm but its all mixed together. Just think...men with vasectomies can still ejaculate but there is no sperm....

some very little fluid thinner than a mans , and some girls lots of that fluid, every woman is different.
