Is it true that baby urine clears up acne? Has anyone heard this before? If so, please feel me in on some info about it. Nasty!!

ok so i just recently got my period for the first time over the summer and i started track and i have track tomorrow and i just got my period today (perfect timing) but the thing is..i definatly cannot practice with a pad on cause i run too hard and i'm afraid it will fall off..but i've never used a tampon before either.. i bought playtex sport ones today.. i tried using tampons before (cardboard) and i couldn't get it in. right now, my flow is too light to even try to get one in but tomorrow it will be heavier but the thing is what if i can't get one inserted during school tomorrow before track practice (track is immediately after school) HELP!

I was using this firming lotion while I had what appeared to be pimples on my butt cheeks- I'm not sure if it was the lotion or something else, what could cause that? I normally don't get pimples there.

i dont see what the point in living is?
i have had a really bad night for many reasons, so much so i walked out my house and walked around for ages and its freezing. i also suffer from depression so this didnt help i was ok 2day but not 2nite i really cant see the point in living right now can anyone mind me please before i might do something stupid!

Hi am and 26 years old and I have been having severe headaches for almost 3 weeks now.. I get usually atleast 3 a week. They are very severe but usually only one one side of the head. The one I have today seems to be only in the back of the head.. I have tried everything. The medicine, the patches, everything I can think of.. Does anybody have any at home things they do to help relieve headaches. The pain is so severe that I almost feel like going to the ER but I don't think they will be too happy about someone coming in with just a headache.. So any ideas are appreciated..

I just started to go on diet so i want someone to tell me if i'm doing it right. I'm 5'0 and i weight 120lbs i want to lose 10 or 15 pounds in about 1 and 1/2 month. I get up at 7 am and then i go for a walk,
i walk 1 mile everyday. I drink 1 liter of water everyday

Breakfast:
8 oz slim fast shake with banana

Snack:
apple or orange

Lunch:
grilled chicken or fish with broccoli and carrots

Snack:
light smoothie

Dinner:
Cereal or oatmeal

I like food.

I hate it when you go out for food and people seem shocked that you would rather have burger and chips (something with some flavour) than a lettuce leaf.

i'm not small and i'm not big, am happy with my size and with what I put in my mouth so why does it bother other people so much?

I have a problem with my fingernails especially both my thumbs.My thumb nails are very thick and lumpy with ridges the ridges are very deep .Also my cuticles are cracked and peeling this is on all my fingernails.I cannot put polish on them because they look terrible what can be the problem with my thumbnails and is their any thing I can do to fix both problems.

my stupid dumb friend decided to smoke some pot last night and she is about to be trying to get a good job with in the next two weeks...the kind of job she's gonna have to drop for! how can she get thc out of her system. i heard LOTS of water but how much and i also heared vinigar (what about pickle juice.) i know that there is a pill but she dosen't have any money to buy them. HELP HER PLZ SHE'S ONLY GOT TWO WEEKS plus not to sound gross but she is on her rag will this help to clean it out too. cuz i know it can take up to 30 days to leave her system but she really doesn't have that long.

I was wondering, is it better to go for a run in the morning before breakfast rather than going at night which I have been doing.

I find it hard sometimes at the end of the day.

If the morning is better, how much water do you recommend I drink before going out for my run, as everyone wakes up a bit dehydrated from not drinking all night.
