There is 67% fat in an egg according to my excellent diet book.
It has a list of absolutley everything including carbs, fat, protein (all in percentage) and this book was praised by a well known national newspaper.

100 gms of boiled egg is 10.8gms or 10.8% fat. Put another way a medium egg contains just over 6gms of fat.

the yolk is the most unhealthy part.. basically you cant really give an accurate percentage on that... and it also depends on how you cook it
