The yolk is the fattening part of a chicken egg.....the egg white is just 20 calories while the yolk is around 80....depends on the size of the egg really......but the percentage you're looking for would be around 80%

There is 67% fat in an egg according to my excellent diet book.
It has a list of absolutley everything including carbs, fat, protein (all in percentage) and this book was praised by a well known national newspaper.

100 gms of boiled egg is 10.8gms or 10.8% fat. Put another way a medium egg contains just over 6gms of fat.

Just the yolk. 5 grams per egg. about 10g per 100g

the yolk is the most unhealthy part.. basically you cant really give an accurate percentage on that... and it also depends on how you cook it

5 grams its all good fat no saturated fat so it does not turn in to calories
