I tried to kill myself once but realised that's never a solution.
You need to see a Doctor and take antidepressants, they will help you. As well you could try and see a therapist.
I am sure you have people you can count on and talk to about this. Remember the song by U2, Stuck in a Moment.
Don't do it, there is so much to live for, there really is.
5 years ago I didn't know I would end up meeting my husband and then moving to a different country, starting a new life, meeting new friends, having the time of my life going out with them and having their continuous support throught difficult times.

I think you should start a diary and write everything good about life. Sometimes the little things can make us feel a lot better. I understand that you might not be happy with your life right now but its all a matter of time. If you did something to yourself you would hurt many people around you that love you, all the things you want to do you wouldn't be able to acomplish them. I think you should start exercising, join a club, paint, laugh, love. get your mind off things. Life is the most precious thing we only live it once!

Well you have asked and that is a start. You already realised that there is a reason to live. You have been granted the greatest gift that you will ever receive; you were born. You can make the most of it albeit that it seems hard at the moment. Set yourself a goal that you are in control of. Do not "hinge your happiness" on other peoples actions. The consequence of this is simply that you hang on other people all time.

Go volunteer in a childrens hospital where children are terminally ill and dont' have a choice to live or die. That will certainly open up your eyes a little bit. If you are that upset with life call 911 and get yourself admitted. I can't possibly understand what is so devastating in anyones life that they would want to kill themself. I understand depression can make you believe it but you need to believe in yourself. I too suffer from depression and I just had to come to the realization that I have one chance at life and I am not going to let my mind steal it from me. Go voluteer, enter a sport or a club do things exciting (safe) that you would have never considered!! Live Life and Enjoy what GOD Gave you! Again, if you underestimate what you have go to a homeless shelter, a childrens hospital or nursing home and you can see what it is like having Death all around you. God bless you and stay strong.

Hey! I sometimes feel the same. The day I did something amazing, was the day that I knew that I had something to look forward to. When I am feeling suicidal I think about when I scuba-dived for the first time in Australia and saw sharks and clown-fish. I am from Scotland, and this was just so fantastic. You need to find something that makes you feel wonderful - go out and book yourself up for a skydiving lesson or something fun! Or try being at one with nature or a beautiful animal. Email or message me if you want a chat. xx

just live like a sixteen years old girl because sixteen years old girls dont even know what is depression. the piont of living is that we are here for a reason, and the reason is what we do and why we do. good thing or bad things. to make very simple live is to save something for the life after dead.
i recommand u to see a docator.

Do you have a support worker? If so give him or her a call and talk about how you are feeling. If you don't the samaritans are always there 24 hours a day on 08457 90 90 90
Or take yourself to a&e where they can refer you on to someone who can help you.
You don't have to cope with this alone.

Well you probably herd this SO many times before but it can only get better. Think how different things were 5 years ago and how different things will be in another 5. I feel for you not nice but hold ur self high. x

Hang on in there tomorrow may be a better day, take one day at a time, can you get any help for your depression. We all get down at times but killing yourself is not the answer, it will soon be summer, and all the blossom will be out. Good luck
