I have a problem with my fingernails especially both my thumbs.My thumb nails are very thick and lumpy with ridges the ridges are very deep .Also my cuticles are cracked and peeling this is on all my fingernails.I cannot put polish on them because they look terrible what can be the problem with my thumbnails and is their any thing I can do to fix both problems.

well it might just be that you are not getting enough vitamins which makes your fingernails grow healthy...n e ways what you can do it try to buy a nail kit where a fingernail polishing drill is included so youcan try to even out the bumps and as for your cuticles, but a cuticle remover and remove your cuticles and if they grow back cracked then just try to apply lotion on your feet constantly because that can help as well
