Yes.....Diabetes has to do with the pancreas.....which produces or not insulin....dealing with blood sugar.

Epilepsy.....is an abnormal electrical discharge in the brain.

They are two separate conditions.....that can affect you at the same time.....

Yes,

However, low blood sugar (eg in diabetics on medication) can cause fitting, so would want to make extra sure any fits in a diabetic were caused by epilepsy and not hypoglycaemia

Of course. There is no reason, what so ever, that prevents you from having a dozen different diseases at the same time.

A disease name is mainly a shorthand for a collection of symptoms for a doctor to diagnose and offer a "protocol" for. There's no magic in the name.
