i keep getting an indegestion like feeling, and it seems to sink through my body and start to hurt around my hips too, does anyone know the cause? And/or any advice on how to ease the pain ???!!!

could be ulcerative colitis,ulcers,wheat allergy,go to the doc and be checked out

Seventy per cent of our immune system in in our intestines. If left unchecked you could suffer many complications. There are so many things it could be heartburn and more advanced digestive problems, irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, and on and on. Once my mother had a friend who was overweight and complained of the same things and she ended up having a baby and didn't even know she was pregnant.
Go see a doctor. That is your best bet. He is able to see you and ask you questions. Best of luck.

Have you had your Appendix out????Whilst not being the common symptoms of Appendicitis, it does sometimes manifest itself with indigestion accompanied by tummy aches.(As mine did) As for the pain,try laying flat, with a hot water bottle,better than taking remedies until you see your Doctor. Indigestion is when you feel uncomfortable or have pain after eating.
Indigestion is very common ans most people have it from time to time.
Indigestion isn't a decease or condition but a collection of symptoms...

Could be your gallbladder, if so stay off dairy products and fatty food.
