I woke up this morning with searing pain in my left hip that radiated down my leg and into the small of my back. I was lying on my left side when I woke up and immediately rolled over onto my back with my knees bent which alleviated most of the pain. It hasn't really hurt all day except for a dull ache. I also had quite a few "twitches" in my left knee over the last week. I'm 23 weeks pregnant, and have heard that sciatica can be a problem during pregnancy. I have a doctor appointment next week, but would like to know if anyone here thinks this sounds like sciatica? Do you know what the common treatments are for it? Or do I just have to live with the pain?

About two days ago my friends tricked me into squeezing my chin and flicking it. Now there is a brown spot on my chin and my mom said its a blood clot. What are they and how do they go away? How long does it take for them to go away?

For quite a few years now I've been seeing things. I see things every single day. Horrifyingly disfigured faces, little children, and just random "people". I've noticed that I sneeze when I eat bitter foods like dark chocolate and grapefruit. I have no other reaction. I only sneeze a couple of times when I start to eat, and then no more.

I do have an allergy to peanuts, but they don't cause me to sneeze, but to have anaphylaxis (throat swelling, hives, etc.).

Hi, Im just wanting to know if red bull the drink can help increase weight loss, as I got a can of it today and I read the back of it and it says increase metabolism, I know this is because of the caffine and the Taurine, but do you think if you were to drink it regulary everyday it will help you to loose weight. Ive tried the weight loss pills that have almost the exact ingredients they work for weight loss but dont agree with my body. I was just wondering if any one uses red bull for weight loss. okay so im 14 (bout to turn 15)
EX anorexic (as in not no more)
im 5'6
and im on a strict diet

and what i want to know is if im on that diet, will that affect my growth? because i really want to be taller (4/5 more inches) but im scared that since im not gonna be getting einough nutrients i wont grow as much as i want to. my dad's side of the family are tall (most over 6'') and my mom's side are all short (between 5'' and 5''8)

so yea i want to know, what i need to grow taller. ex. types of extersize (if there's even any)
types of food, etc

Hello - I started taking 2 Metformin @ 500mg each and 1 Glipizide 10mg each yesterday. I took my first dose of Metformin and Glipizide around 9:30am this morning. At 2pm my blood sugar was around 71, so I figured I'd better eat something before I started floppin around on the ground. Well it's 3:50pm now, just got back and my blood sugar is at 214, would it be safe to take my 2nd dose of Metformin and Glipizide now?

Hi.im having no problem with keeping my lips unchapped but i have something weird on my lip. Every day(i think atleast when i put on my chapstick) in the corners of my lips I get this white line that i can get rid of with a tissue or when i drink something, but is very annoying.it comes back though after an hour or two.Then if i let it go it will go to the back of my lip and meet with the other side.

So anybody have any tips?

Im a size 16, I'd like to go down to a size 8/10, I workout for an hour about 3x a week but Im increasing that to at least 4x , I spend about 35 mins on treadmill or elliptical and 25mins on a circuit that works the upper and lower body. After I eat - no matter what I eat - I get nauseous. I haven't thrown up but darn near close. It doesn't matter if it is fat ladden or a cracker. I am not pregnant. The dr. gave me blood test for thyroid - but everything came out ok. He told me to take prilosec (sp?) but nothing is working. I used to look forward to eating - now I dread it! It has been going on for 2 months now. Anyone help???

My Son was diagnoised with asperger's syndrome about 6 month's ago. He also has ADHD that they are saying that could also be related to the asperger's syndrome. My daughter has ADHD and does not have no where near the behavior issues that my son does so I am assuming that they are related to the asperger's syndrome. i always have troulble falling asleep befor 10 or so. and now i have to go to an all night party. i am getting ready to have my 2 eye teeth pulled and some one told me they have to stitch them is this true?i have a very infected eye tooth and am on antibiotic for this untill they can pull it will my eyes turn black when they pull the 2 teeth what can i expect they are useing i. v on me to do this i will have 4teeth pulled all at once and i have alot of bone loss that has caused the problem with my teath any advice would be greatly appericiated
