Need help with my lips please?

Hi.im having no problem with keeping my lips unchapped but i have something weird on my lip. Every day(i think atleast when i put on my chapstick) in the corners of my lips I get this white line that i can get rid of with a tissue or when i drink something, but is very annoying.it comes back though after an hour or two.Then if i let it go it will go to the back of my lip and meet with the other side.

So anybody have any tips?

Rose oil works really well or if you can't find that Vaseline

use vaseline or protulem jelly. chapstick dont work.
