okay so im 14 (bout to turn 15)
EX anorexic (as in not no more)
im 5'6
and im on a strict diet

and what i want to know is if im on that diet, will that affect my growth? because i really want to be taller (4/5 more inches) but im scared that since im not gonna be getting einough nutrients i wont grow as much as i want to. my dad's side of the family are tall (most over 6'') and my mom's side are all short (between 5'' and 5''8)

so yea i want to know, what i need to grow taller. ex. types of extersize (if there's even any)
types of food, etc

please no stupid answers

make sure you eat a well balanced diet. how tall you grow has more to do with heredity than food or exercise. if you eat healthy and get the right amount of exercise, you will grow as tall as your body is programmed to grow.

yes your diet will effect your growth, one excerise you can do to grow taller is pull ups
