Just wondering how long MRI scans take. Many thanks in Advance.

I have had numeral MRI's done and it really depends on the area and what exactly they are trying to get a picture of and how well you do on sitting still. its different for everyone

I have had a few. Depending on what you are getting scanned and if you are getting an injection of dye, they can last up to an hour. Lots of noise too!

I had a full body done and it took about 1/2 hour... When they just did my knee it took less then 10 min.

It depends on what it's for.. but I had it done on my knees and it took 45 min.

idk if it varies, but i had 2 have 1 a few yrs ago, and it was 1/2 an hour 2 an hour at most. :)
