I have prom and i want to lose wieght and tone my arms and back by then. Any suggestions?

My fiance has asthma, but i've never seen her have an attack, so i didnt think it was that bad. but last night while in bed, she started having trouble breathing and afterwards, her lungs felt like someone was crushing them. ive never been around someone with asthma so i want to know what i can do to help alleviate her attacks.

it hurt to see her in pain, and since we're getting married soon, i want to be there for her.

also, we're very much in love and i want her to know that i'm not going to leave her b/c of her illness. (she's had b/fs break up with her since she had asthma). i told her last night, that i would never leave her, but i want to say the right thing that leaves her knowing that i'm marrying her and accept her for who she is, including her asthma. (does that make sense to you?) any words of wisdom?

please help! i care very much for this woman!

How does one get over a fear of needles. i wouldnt go as far to say that its a fear, cause i have no problem getting them. i do hate IV drips though, but its more watching people do things with needles that gets to me. i want to be a doctor, and i have no problem with anything else, but needles just sometimes eek me out, like when theyre stuck in someones neck? thanks

I have trouble going to sleep and finding a comfortable postion to lay in which makes me take almost an hour to finally sleep.
Also when I do sleep it feels like I have no control in my dreams when a while ago I used to control them better and now, it seems like my dreams are controling me when I'm asleep.
Also I'm right handed if that afects how I should be sleeping.
Oh, please don't post stupid reasponses, this is an actual problem I've been dealing with since I was ten and now I'm in my late teens.

Im a 44 year old single mother to a 15 year old daughter. Ive been dealing with depression and anxiety for over 10 years now when I was in a very bad physically and mentally abusive relationship that left me with abnormally low self esteem. ive gained 50 pounds...shut myself away from the world, and focused soley on rasing my daughter. Ive been put on meds over the years, but Ive had to quit them because they make me sick. the anxiety is so bad that I havent been able to hold a job in years and Ive been paying my bills with my credit cards. Which Ive been borrowing money to pay the min. i know its wrong, but it was that or be homeless. Right now my income is 300 dollars a month, which is adding to my depression. I feel so helpless. To top it off my world is crashing down even worse because my daughter is getting at an age where she is very disrespectful to me and hurtful. (Shes a good kid...no drugs, good grades.. ) She is making my self esteem even worse. I know im super sensitive.

i took a test but the line was so light that i could only see it from an angle and that was before 2 minutes. it's been two months and the line is darker and blue. i have had symptoms of pregnancy but my breast soreness and morning sickness comes and goes. i have that gas and heartburn with alot of things i eat. i'm bloated and my belly is a weird shape that it normally doesn't look like when normally bloated. i did get headaches for a while. i'm going to the doctor in a week and thats why i didn't want to get another test right away instead of driving myself crazy. i'm not bleeding. i do have irregular periods and i hadn't had one for a while but about 2 months ago or more i suddenley got a period. i didn't think i could get pregnant because it hadn't come down for a while and i had lots of unprotected sex with my husband. i have new found cravings for pickles and ketchup. and my pants don't fit anymore yet for a while i wasn't gaining any weight.

I went on Jenny Craig and lost 38 pounds a few years ago. In the meantime I had some personal issues that caused me to have to get off of it, and I gained back about 20 pounds. I have since rejoined and refocused and have been back on for about 2 and a half months. I exercise 3-5 times a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, eat healthy during the week, but allow myself some cheats on the weekend. I have only lost 7 pounds so far. There have been some weeks where I have not lost at all, and others where I have even gained in spite of going to the gym and sticking to the plan. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I break through this? i'm feeling helpless, and I really don't want to give up my weekend cheat! It's one of the only things that keeps me on plan during the week!

How do i get help for my sister in law? she is a drug addict and she has two girls12 and 8 . she refuses to listen to us at all when we talk to her about getting help. Is there an instution that will come pick her up? I have called the police and her probation officer and they all say they have to catch her in the act, I am very afraid she is going to die or something bad is going to happen to her girls. She is so far gone she cant even go to the bathroom without the use of laxatives. I dont know what to do HELP!!! she is using heroin, meth and cocain all mixed together. she is 29 yrs old and looks like she is 60. I am in fear for her life!!

I asked the question about symtons of black mold, I neglected to mention, that the symptons only seemed to be present when I am at work, and not at home, I work in a nursing home, when it rains the ceiling leaks and in some instances the wall paper bulges, is it possible that this may be the source of all the symptons I have?
