Ok, I'm thinking the prasing and worshipping the lord isn't going to do much from someone if they are really tired, or G-d forbid they don't believe in G-d. Nice bit of evangelism there Stacy. Not very realistic for 99.9% of the poulation, but glad it works for you.
Kalema, there are some really good ways to give you that boost you are looking for in the morning. One of them is eating a good breakfast. Studies have shown that eating breakfast in the morning (that contains both an adequate amount of protein and carbohydrates) gives most people enough evergy to get them through the morning, and all the way to lunch.
B Vitamin Supplements are also a good addition to the average diet. Many people are Vitamin B deficient, and B vitamins are known as the "energy" vitamins. A deficiency causes one to be more lethargic, and can lead one to become caffiene dependant to get through the day.
A morning exercise routine is another great option. Nothing too major. Just a quick jog or bike ride in the morning, followed by a quick refreshing shower gives many the little extra energy they need for the day.

Honestly, if you get up and work out or run or do some kind of exercise, it really gets you motivated.

Praise and worship the Lord helps me out. I don't feel the need for any kind of sugary kicks when I do this.
