The best charge for me was a morning run. It pumps you up and it alerts all your senses while keeping you in shape. After a good run, eat a hearty breakfast with fruits and protein. A good 1 to 2 mile run will have you coasting through the day and promotes good sleeping habits.

Eat breakfast like cereal or wheat toast & a piece of fruit that will do more for you then coffee. And in the afternoon when you are feeling slugish a piece of fruit should do the trick instread of junk. Its better for you and the energy last longer, then the sugar high you get from coffee or candy. Good Luck

protein helps get you moving. Eat a piece of toast or bagel w/ peanut butter on it. Also try drinking propel or something cold to keep you going...
