I have prom and i want to lose wieght and tone my arms and back by then. Any suggestions?

It depends on your current weight, and how much you want to lose. If you are not morbidly obese, and just want to lose a few pounds, restrict your calorie intake to 1200 calories per day for a weight loss of 1 -2 lbs. per week. Also, up your activity (exercise) to assure weight loss. Use 3 -5 lb. hand weights for toning arms and back.
Oh, and a biggie - be sure your water intake is sufficient - that really helps with weight loss! Good luck, and have fun at the prom!
