Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.
Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for someone who does the cellulite treatments.

Hi there, I use some stuff called cell u loss along with a specialized body scrub and friming lotion. My dimples have reduced about fifty percent in less than two months (i dont work out either) try www.myhealthabcmall.com and look for the celuuu loos, body buffin scrub and body contouring cream. Its really good stuff. I am now using their 21 day herbal cleanse which is great, I am two weeks in but I can really tell the difference. I hope this helps, all I know is that these products do work. good luck.

There are creams available. Also, some people believe that if you massage the areas on a regular basis it will help. You can also have cosmetic surgery to release the fibers that cause the dimpling. Good luck

Unfortunately, you cannot totally get rid of cellulite, but exercise and some of the other tips mentioned here can reduce the appearance, sometimes to the point where it's almost unnoticeable. Good luck, and I feel your pain! :-)

I would suggest that you get a set of dumbells, or any sort of weights. Heck, get a gallon of water in each hand. Go to the end of your road, have the weights in each hand, and stand on your tippy toes. Walk all the way to the end of the street, and back, WITHOUT getting off of your tip-toes. Do that for about two weeks, and your legs will be very toned.
