What should be the avarage weight for a 5,4 13 year old?

Go talk to your family doctor because it depends on body type as well. The first answer is completely wrong. 100 lbs for a 5 ft tall? So someone 10 feet should only weigh 200? That's insane.

It depends on your body frame, but I would say a weight range of 105-130. Sorry, but 160 for 5'4 seems too much. Now, if you happen to be an athlete and are 160 lbs. of muscle, thats a little different. But, since you're asking this question I'm guessing you are not. You can search Body Mass Index (BMI) and put in your height and weight it will give a range based on body frame.

Yes, that is a bit chunky. Rule of thumb is 100 pounds for every five feet of height and 5 pounds per inch thereafter. So, you should weigh 120.

You should be 110-120lbs or even less. 160lbs is overweight...expecially when you are only 13.
