How would I go about legitimately selling my kidney here in the UK?

I am considering selling a kidney to someone who needs it, how do I do it, where do I go to let the right people know it's for sale and how much can I expect to get for it? Thanks!

Sorry i'm afraid there is no such thing in the uk anyway where you can legally sell a body organ. Personally i wouldnt consider it unless giving it to a relative.
